Financial Clients (Nationwide)
HG Electrical Services (Leeds) was contracted to complete the Cat A to Cat B fit out of offices nationwide for our client who is an interiors fit out specialist based in London.
Starting with Leeds in our home city we were tasked with completing the Cat B fit out of amending lighting, installing new small power including busbar and floorboxes, along with distribution and wiring door access control.
After successfully delivering Leeds, we we’re quickly given two bigger schemes to complete in Manchester and Birmingham which then led to completing Glasgow, Edinburgh, Bristol and Cardiff.
All the schemes were adapted to the sites each individual needs and incumbent systems, and still in-keeping with the high standard finishes within the build.
All works completed were in line with Lamborghini specifications.
Warehouse to Office Fit-out, Bradford
HG Electrical Services (Leeds) was contracted to complete the design development and installation of the electrical and data requirements to the offices in Bradford.
The building was taken from an industrial unit/storage building to a new office space with new linear lighting, office lighting, small power including in floor trunking and floorboxes, and CAT6A data requirements.
Our specialist lighting manufacturer sourced and designed the continuous linear lighting to the layout and design brief and HG Electrical installed it to the ceiling space that had been painted black.
New underfloor multi-compartment trunking was installed to provide a flush under floor power installation to contain floorboxes for desk power and data.
New distribution was installed for the build along with containment installed within the ceiling void to remain hidden from the open area finish.
